Automotive Industry
Representing automotive importers and distributors both have a place in SBGK’s practice, with particular reference to drafting dealership agreements that are consistent with both the applicable EU and Hungarian legal regulations. We also address the environmental protection ramifications of the industry, paying particular regard to licensing processes, rules applicable to the emission of substances that are harmful to the environment, to emission trading as well as waste treatment rules.
