The Fight for Rubik's Cube Continues
November 21, 2015. – The label that owns the rights of Rubik’s Cube / Seven Towns (UK) since 1999 has been contested by Simba Toys (Germany) on the grounds that the Cube contains a technical solution that can only be protected as a patent but not as a copyright.
