SBGK has widespread experience in the registration of design (industrial design) protection in Hungary and the territory of the European Union alike, as well as in the complete case processing of international and other design protection applications. SBGK’s patent clerks also conduct novelty searches before filing applications, along with design protection related freedom to operate searches prior to the market introduction of various products.
SBGK provides full scope consulting in design matters and other legal cases related to design rights, engaging in the representation of its clients in court litigation, and – for deletion cases – in front of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market and the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office, as well as the European Court of Justice.
