Dr. Máté Borbás will contribute to the congress as Hungary’s National Rapporteur for Question B. This topic explores the intellectual property implications of the evolving concept of art, with particular emphasis on AI-assisted creation, the boundaries between different forms of IP protection, and the commercial exploitation of creative outputs.
We would also like to express our particular thanks to the Hungarian Association of Competition Law for awarding Dániel Ratkai the Dr Sándor Vida Scholarship, which supports his participation in this year’s LIDC Congress.
We look forward to the congress as an opportunity to exchange insights with international colleagues, strengthen our professional relationships and build new connections in competition law and intellectual property.
