SBGK participated on Swiss Business Day 2017 - Innovation and Talent

Dr. Katalin Szamosi president held a presentation on tax issues in the R & D with Andrea Kuntner tax advisor. The business day was opened by Péter Szijjártó Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Our colleague, Dr. Adam GYÖRGY LL.M. was selected as co-author of the Kluwer Trademark Blog edited by Wolters Kluwer.

2013 – International art market becomes more and more significant. The Art Collecting Legal Handbook offers an insight of this special area’s legal aspects – and it includes a contribution on Hungarian legal particularities written by two SBGK colleagues.

2015. December – WTR Designs Guide 2016: Dr. Katalin SZAMOSI and Katalin MÉSZÁROSNÉ DÓNUSZ  will guide you into the Hungarian practice of design law. 

An interesting peculiarity has been pointed out by Dr. Katalin SZAMOSI, president of board at SBGK. „Changing the law on unfair trading and the prohibition of competition restrictions allows (...) private settlements between the authorities and customer.”

2015. november – ’Hungary and the Unified Patent Court’ by our colleauge Zsolt SZENTPÉTERI has been published by the IAM (International Asset Management) yearbook. 

25 November 2015 – Dr. Ádám GYÖRGY LL.M. has lectured as a guest speaker at Hungarian Industrial Property and Copyright Association’s conference, entitled ’Past – Present – Future in the World of Intellectual Property, held on 25-26 November in Visegrád, Hungary.

14 November 2015 – Dr. Ádám GYÖRGY LL.M has lectured as guest speaker at Munich Intellectual Property Law Center’s III. Alumni Conference. 

March 9, 2015. – Dr. Katalin SZAMOSI, lawyer, managing partner of SBGK has been elected a member of the board of the Hungarian Association for Innovation at the General Assembly.
