WTR DESIGNS 2019 GLOBAL GUIDE PUBLISHED WITH PUBLICATION OF OUR COLLEAGUES
The 2019 edition of WTR Designs Global Guide has been published, to which the colleagues of SBGK Attorneys at Law and Patent Attorneys, Katalin Mészároné Dónusz and Dr. Ádám György contributed with an article. In their publication, the authors summarize and briefly describe the current Hungarian regulation, the latest domestic and international court practice, and the procedural, enforceability and liability rules related to registered and unregistered designs.

The WTR Designs Global Guide is an annual publication, in which outstanding experts from leading law firms got the invitation to contribute with a valuable chapter on the relevant field of law. The aim of this year publication is to provide an easy-to-use guide to the practitioners in 14 key jurisdictions, and to give an insight into the governing law related to community design protection, the protection and enforcement of graphical user interfaces, as well as presenting the latest litigation practices.
