SBGK at the 3rd Annual Hungary GC Summit

SBGK was one of the sponsors of the 3rd Annual Hungary General Counsel Summit which was held on 1 October 2019 in Budapest. This annual conference provides a unique opportunity for senior in-house counsel from Hungary to discuss the current market directions, best practices, strategies and this is an important networking platform. Our partner, Dr. Péter Lukácsi was the moderator of the IP & Cross-Border Selling panel together with 3 highly experienced speakers from leading Hungarian companies. During the conversation the participants have discussed the questions related to the parallel import, exhaustion of rights, on-line sales and the challenges of foreign formulation. Apart from Péter Dr. Enikő Karsay participated at this professional event which provided us a unique opportunity for know-how sharing during our 50th anniversary year and making valuable contacts with our clients, partners and peers.
