An interesting peculiarity has been pointed out by Dr. Katalin SZAMOSI, president of board at SBGK. „Changing the law on unfair trading and the prohibition of competition restrictions allows (...) private settlements between the authorities and customer.” Dr. Katalin SZAMOSI stressed out that this agreement actually covers a compromise solution, in which the client – that is the subject of investigation by the Competition Authority – waivers of his rights, while the Authority lets of 10% of the fine.
