WTR 2022 - SBGK further strengthens its stellar reputation

According to the latest evaluation of the World Trademark Review 2022 publication, our office has earned the best available ‘Gold’ rating and ahead of all Hungarian offices, five of our colleagues are listed as recommended professionals with outstanding trademark knowledge.

With a stellar reputation earned over more than half a century of practice, SBGK Attorneys at Law and Patent Attorneys provides a cradle-to-grave trademark service to myriad household names. Twenty diversely talented partners assemble in optimal configurations to address the individual needs of clients such as international drinks brand Red Bull, which has entrusted it with the management of its portfolio; and Rubik’s Cube brand owner Spin Master Toys UK, which has sought out its assistance in invalidity proceedings.

Each has been ably assisted by Katalin Szamosi and Máté Borbás. Having spent 40 years in the game, managing partner Szamosi has a deep playbook to draw upon; he is feted as “one of the most experienced IP practitioners in Hungary”.
