25 November 2015 – Dr. Ádám GYÖRGY LL.M. has lectured as a guest speaker at Hungarian Industrial Property and Copyright Association’s conference, entitled ’Past – Present – Future in the World of Intellectual Property, held on 25-26 November in Visegrád, Hungary. Our colleague’s lecture – entitled ’The European Doctrine of Functionality: Functionality of the Community Trade Mark, with regard to C-215/14 – Société des Produits Nestlé SA v Cadbury UK Ltd – Kit-Kat case’ – was presented with big success at the most important Hungarian event related to intellectual property.
